The Supervisory Board decides on the EMG budget submitted by the management of VPI European Rail Service GmbH, including the initial subscription fees and annual service charges for members and non-members of the signatories, as well as on the contractual agreement with the authors of the EMG submitted by the management of VPI European Rail Service GmbH.
