Statutory meeting of UIP according to Art. 10 of the Statutes: The ordinary General Assembly shall be held at least once every year, within nine (9) months of the close of the financial year (in these articles of association, this General Assembly is referred to
as the “ordinary General Assembly”) following a notice by the President sent to all members at least two months before the
meeting. The notice shall specify the date, time and place of the
meeting, as well as the agenda.
