The Executive Board is vested with all powers (residual power) other than the exclusive powers reserved by law or by the articles of association for the General Assembly. The Executive Board has the power to delegate day-to-day management to one or more of its members or to an external professional. If such a decision is taken, it shall be published in the annexes to the Belgian Gazette ("Moniteur Belge"). The Executive Board may create any committees, subcommittees,working groups, think tanks, study groups, etc.which it will entrust with specific tasks. These committees, etc. will operate under the supervision and authority of the Executive Board. Their works are not binding on the UIP.
