With a deadline of two months after the kick-off meeting, the Task Force shall establish interoperable and cost-efficient risk control measures (depending on the amount and explanatory power of information that can be gathered and analysed) against extreme effects of thermal overload in special cases of freight operation (flaming brake blocks).
