UIP 14th Management Report 1963

The UIP is in a phase in its life requesting an in-depth analysis of conditions of private wagons use.

This activity is inextricable linked to the railway sector evolution and we therefore need to examine trends of this evolution and as far as possible seek to adapt UIP actions to it.
