UIP 46th Management Report 1995

Over the past year, the Management Board, the Committee and its study groups focused on diverse tasks and issues. One of the most important issues was the new version and the adoption of the registration and exploitation conditions of P wagons; and the project of an completely reviewed and corrected RIP. The UIP had also to reflect on a large number of different issues.
