The scope of the NRB is to provide a tool of dialogue, consultation and exchange of information between the Agency and the Representative Bodies representing the railway sector to improve collaboration, coordination and communication. The NRB is also dedicated to the handling of sensitive issues of a “system integration” nature which have significant impact for the sector organisations and which cannot be solved within Agency Working Parties.
