The Committee is tasked with: (a) draft implementing acts to be adopted by the Commission on which the committee is asked to give an opinion, in accordance with the advisory or examination procedure provided for in Articles 62(3) and 62(3) of Directive 2012/34/EU; (b) other issues put to the committee for information or a simple exchange of views, either on the chair’s initiative, or at the written request of a member of the committee; (c) At every meeting the Commission shall report to the committee on the activities of all working groups set up under the SERAC; (d) At every meeting, the Commission will present an update of the indicative work plan for the development of implementing acts under Directive 2012/34/EU.
